Who we are

Audience measurement without cookies

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to count visits and measure page speed. These tools place no cookies and keep no persistent identifier: we only see aggregated statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country, device type).

HubSpot cookies, only with your consent

If you click “Accept”, we load the HubSpot tracking code. It places cookies (kept for up to six months) that help us understand which pages are visited and link visits to the conversations we have with you.

HubSpot, Inc. hosts this data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you refuse, the HubSpot code is never loaded.

Contact forms

When you send a form, your name, company, email address and message are emailed to WAICE through our email provider (Resend), and may be recorded in our HubSpot CRM. We use them only to answer you and follow up on your request, and keep them for up to three years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, and ask for a copy, by writing to contact@waice.ai. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
